Aboo Norah is 45years old. She is living in one of the poorest areas in Jinja called Danida village, because the rent is low and since her husband left her she has to support on her own her five children and she cannot afford to move to a better area. One of her children is sponsored by the foundation 22STARS through the provision of school fees and school uniform. The foundation in 2017 has also provided Norah with a small business training, through which she has learnt to operate a business successfully in all its aspects (strategic, financial etc). She is very grateful for the training received, as her dream would be to set up her own nursery school or day care centre.
