KISAKYE WINFRED (29 years old) was born in Kampala. She has no kids and no husband. She came to Jinja to look for a job. She didn’t get a job right away, but she made friends who helped her, and who introduced her to the women’s group of the Church. Now she is coming together with them to make beads. Her biggest struggle is to earn money. She went to school and studied to become a social worker, but since she cannot find a job in that, she hopes to make money by making jewellery. Her favourite colour is brown.
