Lapobo Josephine was born on 20th October 1982 in Pader Agago and she has been living in the Acholi Quarters for almost 22 years, since the time when she escaped from her village where her parents were killed by the LRA. She lives with her husband and they have six kids, five of which are sponsored by 22STARS (Regan, Gabriel, Caroline, Mary and Sandra).  Josephine always tries to be strong and focused on the work she has to do to fulfill her dreams: buying a tailoring machine and build a bigger house, and for this reason she has been saving money.
Besides being part of the 22 Stars jewelry program, she works in the stone quarry.
