Nine-year-old Joseph is a full orphan, his father was abducted by the LRA and never came back. Josephs mother cannot take care of him, because she got remarried and her second husband doesn’t want him as they have already three other kids they have to take care of. His mom left him with the mother of his father – our 22STARS artisan Alum Kevin – when he was 2 years old. Joseph is so happy that thanks to the donations of the 22STARS supporters he finally can go to school. He wants to become a pilot, because he would love to fly and see the earth from the sky.
