After months of hard training and self discipline ;), I am going to run as fast as I can the ‘Dam tot Damloop’ on Sunday 22nd Sept. This is a 16 K/ 10 EM run from Amsterdam to Zaandam, sponsoring a Dutch Charity called War Child that supports children in warzones. With only 12 euro’s you can save already a child’s life!
